Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or encounter any quality issues. Replacement
Considering that our products fall into the food and drinks category, we generally do not request their return unless the issue involves a substantial quantity. In some cases, we may ask you to provide photos for documentation purposes. Once we validate your concern, we will either dispatch replacements for the affected items or, if you prefer, process a refund on a per-affected unit basis.
Refunds for One-Time Purchases
Upon notifying us of your issue and expressing a preference for a refund, we will respond to inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
Cancellations

Monthly Plan: You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Please be aware that if you cancel on the day of your scheduled delivery, the cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled delivery date.

Quarterly or Annual Plan: Our subscriptions are considered pre-paid orders. As such, we offer our drinks at a highly discounted price. If you wish to cancel a subscription, the cancellation will only be implemented after all remaining prepaid orders have been fulfilled
